Due to the large demand for our puppies, we are always willing to add you to the “ list” with no obligation to buy. This allows you to be in line for a puppy before your home is even ready, and for this reason, the list order is not the puppy purchase order.
The List
After you send us your contact information using our contact us page, we will call you for an interview. If you are a good fit as a Doberman Pinscher parent, you will be added to the next litter “ list." We reserve the right to refuse sales for any reason. When a litter of puppies is born, we will notify everyone on the list by e-mail and start accepting deposits. If you are not yet ready for a puppy, let us know and you will be placed on the next litter list. If we do not get any response during the notification process, you will not be automatically placed on the next litter call list. If there is any question to your status, please call.
Deposits
By making a deposit, you are placed on the deposit list and are securing your place in the pecking order. Once a deposit is made it is considered money earned and is non-refundable as long as a puppy is available for purchase. If for some reason no puppy is available, you have the option for a refund of your deposit or to have the deposit applied to the next litter deposit list. At the time of purchase, the deposit amount is deducted from to total purchase price. The balance is the amount you must pay before receiving your puppy.
Pricing
Pricing may vary from litter to litter based on the bloodline of the parents and the expense of producing a healthy litter. Pricing will be discussed during the interview process and does not include shipping. The price you are quoted is for a puppy purchased at eight weeks of age. After eight weeks of age, the price will vary based on the expenses acquired to care for a puppy. We do not sell puppies to be used for the sole purpose of breeding. All puppies are sold with AKC limited registration at a discounted price. Payment for shipping depends on the method of shipping used.
When to Pay
Payment in full is required by the time the puppy is eight weeks of age. If you need us to board your puppy after eight weeks of age, you must make prior arrangements to cover all cost. If arrangements are not made, your deposit will be considered forfeit and the puppy will be put up for sale.
When to Pick
When you make a deposit, you will know your place in the pecking order. The picking starts three days after the puppies have received their first set of puppy shots. At this time, the puppies will be about six weeks old and are safe to be handled by potential buyers.
